Dereja.com is a social and business unit of Infomind Solutions, which was established in 2015 with a mission to address Ethiopia's youth unemployment issue through a multi-faceted youth development program. The program one-of-a-kind youth development platform in Ethiopia that provides students with access to employment-related information and resources. Our collaboration with the MasterCard Foundation has led to the development of several initiatives, including Dereja.com, the Dereja Academy Accelerator Program (DAAP), and job fairs conducted at the national level and various universities across the country as part of our 5-year project. These initiatives, from availing job opportunities by employers to job readiness and employability skills training and career expos that help graduates connect with potential employers, provide new graduates with the right tools and resources to ensure success and help them transition into the workforce.
